Unfortunately no. We only fix software related problems, or setup of your computer or device to work properly. When your computer or device won't work because it was damaged due to a drop, electrical damage or similar, we cannot help in those cases.
Not at all. It is very simple, as we just have to provide a code to you and open an app on your computer. Windows and Mac users use different methods, but it takes just a few clicks.
We can help. Some problems require on-site service as we need to manage the device in person. For those cases, we can only solve the problem when we come to you. Check the service area map to see if we can come to you.
We can help remove the virus to get your computer back to working normally again, but if a virus was able to corrupt your data or photos in a way that is not recoverable, in those cases we unfortunately cannot help restore your data.
Yes, you can. Just book an appointment and give us all the details about the issue so we can help. Also confirm with the person that is receiving the service.
We need at least 24 hours before making any appointment. Also, it depends on our availability any day you want.
Yes, you need to be available. But only to allow us to connect to your computer. After we are connected, you don't need to be waiting for us, unless we have any connection problems that you need to help us re-connect to your computer again.
